Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at hello@moderndruid.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

DruidFest unfolds across three connected spaces: check-in begins at Modern Druid at 60 S Broadway in Nyack, continues through the Commons at Memorial Park a short block from the store, and culminates  at Nyack Beach State Park. Attendees will hop a provided coach for a short bus ride to the park (there is little parking there).

Attendees must pre-purchase tickets. All guests begin at Modern Druid to check in, receive a wristband, and collect a field guide before making their way to the Commons and onward to the Park.

Shuttle buses will run continuously between the Commons and Nyack Beach State Park throughout the day. The ride is approximately 8 minutes and buses will run back and forth from Memorial Park to Nyack Beach State Park all day (approx every 1/2 hour). There will also be a smaller shuttle bus to take attendees back and forth from the Plateau to the Boathouse, running all day.

Only if you are dropping off, because parking is very limited. We recommend starting at Modern Druid and using the provided shuttle system for ease and flow.

Food is not available for purchase inside Nyack Beach State Park due to park regulations. Guests are encouraged to bring a picnic or enjoy local offerings in Nyack before or after the event. You can check out selections here.

Yes. DruidFest welcomes all ages. There will be storytelling, interactive art, and roaming performances, many that are geared toward children.

Comfortable walking shoes, water, sun protection, and anything you may want for a picnic. You may also wish to bring a blanket or something to sit on.

Programming will continue rain or shine, with portions of the event moving to covered or indoor areas as needed.

Leashed dogs are permitted in Nyack Beach State Park; however, we recommend considering the crowds, sounds, and activity level before bringing pets.

Yes, access to the events at Nyack Beach State Park require a ticket. The Commons Vendor Village is open to all.

Yes. Your wristband allows you to move freely between locations throughout the day.

We aim to make DruidFest as accessible as possible. The Commons is flat and easy to navigate; the Park includes some uneven terrain. Shuttle service helps reduce walking distance.

DruidFest is a day of connection—to land, to community, and to something deeper within. Guests are invited to move at their own pace, explore, and participate as they feel called.
